SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 48 hours to process your order. You will receive an email within 48 hours confirming that your order is on its way!
LOCAL DELIVERY:
During checkout, enter your address and select the shipping option. Click the “Continue to Shipping” button. Local delivery is available for addresses in the USA. If the local delivery option does not appear during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours using USPS delivery. A flat rate shipping fee of $2.95 applies to orders shipping within the USA.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates, shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. A full refund will be issued, minus the return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at help@thedentalist.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to provide a satisfactory solution.
