Our 14-Day Policy


If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and sealed (the plastic surrounding the product must be intact).


Several types of products cannot be returned:

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines.

Intimate or sanitary products.

Hazardous materials, flammable gases, or liquids.

Items delayed in delivery cannot be refunded before they are received.


In case of delivery delays, the carrier or your local distribution office should be contacted. We cannot intervene in their logistics or delivery systems.


To make a return, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)


There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted:

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Refunds for Late Delivery


No refund can be processed if the product has already been shipped. If you wish to be refunded, you must wait to receive the item and then return it to us.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.


If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank. Processing times can vary before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)


Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please send us an email at help@thedentalist.co.


Gifts

If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift creditequal to the value of your return.

Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.


Return Shipping Costs


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on your location, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
